The team has done it again! We are delighted to announce that our Invivo Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2020 has picked up a GOLD medal at this year’s NZ International Wine Show!

Hot off the bottling line, our 2020 vintage has also been awarded awarded 5 stars and 94 points from Sam Kim at Wine Orbit.

As our chief winemaker, Rob says: “We weren’t on deck in Marlborough to oversee the harvesting of the vineyards (thanks, Covid), but we made sure the grapes were picked at their optimum ripeness. The juice was trucked (chilled) to our winery at Te Kauwhata and the magic ensued. The result? Delicious! Lovely tropical aromas and aromatic exuberance, the palate is full-flavored, with sweet fruit but with great crunchy acidity. This is a Sauvignon Blanc for Sauvignon Blanc lovers.”

That’s not all – Graham Norton’s Own Sauvignon Blanc 2020 has won a SILVER medal at the awards! Graham describes this wine as “Delicious and has a New Zealand zing. It’s soft and fruity. It’s full but floral-like. It’s sunshine in a glass.”

The GN Sauvignon was also awarded 5 stars and 94 points from Sam Kim at Wine Orbit, with this note: “A brilliantly expressed Sauvignon, the gorgeously aromatic bouquet shows rockmelon, nectarine, Gala apple and lime zest aromas, followed by an intensely flavoursome palate that’s juicy and finely textured. It’s upfront and bold with loads of delectable flavours. At its best: now to 2023.”

Also recently added to our expanding online store is the Invivo Marlborough Pinot Gris 2020 – already scooping up a 5* rating – and Graham Norton’s Own Rosé 2020 (4.5*).

Up next we will be offering a pretty sensational 2020 Gisborne Chardonnay and our new, premium Michelle’s Central Otago Pinot Noir 2019. Stay tuned.
