Free delivery nationwide when you order over $50

Shipping

Our goods are delivered by courier. Due to this, please ensure you provide a physical address where your item can be signed for 9am – 5pm weekdays. Delivery cannot be made to a PO Box. Please include your postcode.

Placing an Order

You do not need to open an account with Invivo & Co to place an order, however by opening an account you automatically start earning points for discounts on future orders, and your delivery details etc will be saved.

You can review and change your personal details, unsubscribe from our promotional offers and/or cancel your registration to our online site at anytime

Payment

Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard and American Express.

Pricing

Our online prices are for the supply of items in New Zealand and are shown in New Zealand dollars inclusive of GST. Prices do change from time to time and we reserve the right to do so.

We make every effort to correctly display our prices on this website. However, if a price is incorrect, we reserve the right not to proceed with your order at that incorrect price. If a product that you have ordered has been incorrectly priced, we will call you to give you the option of paying the correct price or cancelling your order.

Processing and delivery times

Orders will be processed within standard business hours (Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm). Any orders received outside of these times will be processed the next business working day. Processing of your order may take up to 48 working hours. Delivery estimates are additional to this processing time.

Delivery is by courier and may take a further 2 – 3 days. However, this is only an estimate and we cannot guarantee that your goods will be delivered within this timeframe.

Delivery cost

Shipping is FREE when you spend over $50 New Zealand dollars (within New Zealand only). Orders under $50 will be charged $7.99 for shipping and handling. Postage and handling charges include tracking number and insurance.

You must be 18 years or older

Invivo and Co cannot deliver our products to anyone under 18 years of age – it is against the law. Remember, if you use our site to purchase alcohol and are under 18 years of age then you’re breaking the law.

Deliveries must be signed for

If the delivery point is unattended the product will not be left, it will be returned to the depot or our warehouse as we require someone to sign for all deliveries. Sorry, we don’t deliver on Sunday or on certain public holidays.

International

Unfortunately, we do not send wine or gin outside of New Zealand. However, please email us at gina@invivowines.com and we’ll try our best to put you in contact with a local distributor of Invivo & Co in your country or find another way for Invivo to reach you.

Product and packaging guarantees

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order or simply find the wine is not to your taste, we will replace any unopened bottles with another product or credit your account. If your delivery has been damaged in transit we will replace it for you. Please note that damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. If your order has been packed incorrectly and is not what you have been invoiced for, we will put it right for you. Please note that packing errors must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photos where applicable.

Cancellation policy

Once an order has been placed you may not cancel the order as goods are often packaged and shipped the same day. Please select carefully before placing an order.

Insurance

We use secure packaging for all deliveries and our products are insured up to the point where they are delivered to your address. We are not responsible for damage or theft to goods beyond this point.

Is the web site secure for me to buy online?

YES

We have configured our computer servers and written our computer software to be secure. We use an internationally recognised ‘Secure Socket Layer’ (SSL) encryption protocol to encrypt all personal data that you type into our site, before it travels across the Internet to us. On these screens you should see the identification symbol that your browser uses to indicate it has a secure connection, such as the “padlock” symbol at the bottom, or in the address bar of your browser. Once we receive your order, data it is stored securely while your order is processed. Our website is very secure, we hold credit cards for Quick check out, these are held securely with protection around them against hackers and thieves.

We respect your privacy and we will protect it.  Any personal information supplied to us will only be used to process and deliver your order.
