Sun-soaked tropical flavours meet a playful pop of jalapeño spice in this New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc designed to surprise and delight. Invivo winemaker Rob infused Sauvignon Blanc with natural jalapeño extract for a crisp and tropical spicy treat.

Invivo’s winemaking team set out to bring together crisp New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc with the fresh green character of jalapeño. The Invivo winemakers worked with natural jalapeño essences and extracts, running multiple trials at different levels to land on the right balance. Through careful tastings, the blend was refined to create a controlled, buildable warmth that lifts the wine without overpowering its bright varietal character.
