Invivo co-founders Tim and Rob have been in New York City again to meet up with Sarah Jessica Parker and blend the next release in our collaboration: a Rosé!
It was a busy morning of tasting, assessing, discussing and rejecting until the trio were delighted with the final blend – a delicious Rosé from Provence in the South of France. We hope you’ll love it as much as we do. Here are a few snaps of the blending session with the team hard at work:
What’s it like? A gorgeous shade of blush pink in the glass, with an aroma of rose petals and bright summer berries, wrapped in a minerality that makes this wine exceptionally fresh. It’s a wine that can be serious but is also seriously fun – it’s full-bodied with great complexity and elegance, delicious on its own or with a range of cuisine.
