Our Invivo Michelle’s Chardonnay has won a Pure Gold medal at the 2014 annual Air New Zealand Wine Awards! Uniquely made from Central Otago Chardonnay grapes too!
It also received 5 stars from Master Sommelier Cameron Douglas, who had this to say about it:
“Spice, mineral complexity, mild yet obvious oak and gobs of peachy stone fruit aromas – fresh, roasterd and canned, medium+ complexity. Palate is great – I really like the bite and texture of this wine, it has plenty of fruit and creamy Chardonnay expression. It has minerality, mild oak, medium+ length and big ‘wow’.”
Not too bad for our very first vintage of Invivo Chardonnay!
