Our goods are delivered by courier. Due to this, please ensure you provide a physical address where your item can be signed for 9am – 5pm weekdays. Delivery cannot be made to a PO Box.
Shipping is FREE when you spend over $40 New Zealand dollars (within New Zealand only). Orders under $40 will be charged $7.99 for shipping and handling. Postage and handling charges include tracking number and insurance.
Processing and delivery times
Orders will be processed within standard business hours (Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm). Any orders received outside of these times will be processed the next business working day. Processing of your order may take up to 48 working hours. Delivery estimates are additional to this processing time.
Delivery is by courier and may take a further 2 – 3 days. However, this is only an estimate and we cannot guarantee that your goods will be delivered within this timeframe.
Unfortunately we do not send wine outside of New Zealand. However, please email us at email@example.com and we’ll try our best to put you in contact with a local distributor of Invivo in your country, or find another way for Invivo to reach you.
Product and packaging guarantees
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order or simply find the wine is not to your taste, we will replace any unopened bottles with another product or credit your account. If your delivery has been damaged in transit we will replace it for you. Please note that damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. If your order has been packed incorrectly and is not what you have been invoiced for, we will put it right for you. Please note that packing errors must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
