Invivo is raising capital to fuel its export strategy and will soon be giving Kiwi investors the opportunity to join Invivo in its next stage of growth!
Invivo is now opening up to investors, for the first time in five years.
This is your unique chance to own a piece of the unique ‘tribe winery’ as described by USA’s Wine Spectator, the largest wine magazine in the world.
Invivo runs two local wineries in Te Kauwhata where their NZ wines are produced and bottled. They have 180 hectares between Invivo leases and grower vineyards under management in NZ.
In 2014, Invivo partnered with UK chat show host Graham Norton to produce a range that has now sold over 18 million bottles and is listed across the top four grocery chains in the UK and every major grocery retailer in Ireland. Graham Norton became an Invivo shareholder in 2015.
The team took this collaboration platform model to the dynamic USA wine market and partnered with US director/actor/entrepreneur Sarah Jessica Parker to create Invivo X, SJP. This Invivo “power” brand is now listed in over 5,000 US accounts, recognised by Wine Spectator with 90+ points ratings four years in a row and is named in the world’s top 100 wines by Wine Spectator. Sarah Jessica Parker became a director of Invivo USA Inc and a shareholder in 2019.
Since Invivo’s first capital raise in 2015, the team has driven export-led growth from $3 million to $20.5 million gross revenue in FY23 and are on target to deliver gross revenue of $24m and EBITDA of $1.6m in FY24.
