Forget Vesper
“THIS IS MY TAKE ON MR BOND’S TRADITIONAL VESPER MARTINI BUT WITH A TWIST, USING MY VERY OWN SPIRITS.” – Graham Norton
INGREDIENTS
90ml Graham Norton Pink Gin
30ml Graham Norton Irish Vodka
15ml Gancia Dry Vermouth
Garnish Lemon peel
METHOD
Here’s how you make it…
Combine my Pink Gin, GN Vodka, and some Dry Vermouth in a cocktail shaker, along with a few ice cubes.
Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Peel a strip of lemon, twist and rub the twist around the rim of the glass, dropping it into the cocktail.
This is a cocktail that takes itself seriously, so is best sipped slowly. Or, you can half the measurements for a lighter serve.
